  • All venue rental pricing includes 60” round dining tables and chairs (excluding After-hours rentals), four indoor restrooms, and an on-site manager. In house Food & Beverage minimum is based on guest count. Tax & tip not included.

  • Average cost of beverages by the glass are $6.50/beer, $7/white wine, $9/red wine.

  • Final walk-through scheduled two months prior to event date if necessary with Weddings & Special Events Assistant Manager and event vendors.

  • Vendors can set-up two hours prior to guest arrival and must be vacated one hour after event end time. Additional hours are available for purchase.

  • Capacity: 200 guests (No children under 21 years of age after 8pm)

  • Lodging: Calderwood Inn & Grape Leaf Inn in Healdsburg

  • Wine Cellar: Clients can select their Wine Cellar from any of our sister wineries up to two months prior to their event. Wine Club discount applies.

  • Insurance: We require a $1,000,000.00 liability policy
